Exchange Field Complex Restoration Improvements - Town of Madison

Site work for a mixed-use development in Madison, Connecticut. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and road / highway. Exchange Field Complex Restoration Improvements This project will entail a total re-design and reconstruction of the Exchange Field Athletic Complex including Entrance road widening from the Strong Field Plaza area back to the Parking areas by the fields which will also be redesigned for better parking accommodations, Field reconstruction as well as the creation of a secondary exit drive to route one for high volume events held at Surf Club/Strong Field. The project is included in the Town of Madison's FY 2023-2027 CIP.
