2023 HVAC Replacement

Each bid must be submitted in duplicate on forms furnished by the Architect and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid; the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sitework: Repair all areas ofthe site damaged during construction including but not limited to ruts, concrete, etc. Dwelling Building Exterior / Interior: Install new furnace, cooling coil, condenser and thermostat. Install new condensing unit on existing concrete slab, bolt to slab. Install new ceiling registers and new return air grilles. Modify existing plenum as required for installation ofnew hvac units. Install new combustion air vent in hvac closet. Install new flue pipe thru roof and flashing. Run pipe thru existing flue opening in roof. Modify existing return air grille opening where required to accommodate installation ofnew sized return grille. MS 078-001 A/B, AND 078-002 A/B
