Neal Magnet Middle School LED Lighting Upgrade

Scope includes demo of existing Non-LED lighting and installation of New or Retrofit LED fixtures. Fixtures must work with the school existing electrical systems. All hallway fixtures must include motion sensors. Existing fixtures with motion/ occupancy sensors must be replaced with motion/occupancy sensors that work with existing switches or contractor provided switches. Bid security required is 5% of the bid in cash, certified check, or Bid Bond. Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract amount will be required.There will not be a pre-bid conference. Demo of the installed lighting fixtures and disposal should also be included in the amount of the proposal.
