Keesler Air Force Base (KAFB) Base Operations Support (BOS)

This requirement involves providing non-personal BOS for the 81st Training Wing (TRW) located at Keesler AFB, near Biloxi (Harrison County), MS. The Service Provider (SP) shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and supervision required to accomplish a broad range of BOS services. The SP shall meet all requirements and responsibilities in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) applicable to the following eleven (11) functional areas: All Services Installation Management Operations Management Installation Engineering Grounds Maintenance Emergency Management Vertical Transportation Equipment Supply Services Community Services Human Resources Weather Services Services shall be performed IAW the objectives and responsibilities outlined in Public Law, Department of Defense (DoD)/Air Force (AF) series directives as well as Air Education and Training Command (AETC)/Wing/Base instructions, regulations, plans and applicable equipment and/or general support technical orders (TO)/data. BOS services provide operating support to KAFB and encompass the above service areas to be performed by a single contractor.
