| Description | The Owner is seeking qualified contractors to provide proposals to repair fails found in the fire doors across three (3) locations. A fire door inspection was performed in January (2021) and found 1474 fails across 672 fire doors. The project must be completed within 120 days from notice of award. Due to the urgency and importance of this request, University Health requires respondents to have a minimum of 3 years of experience, 5 years preferred, performing these services for a healthcare facility. University Health reserves the right to award to multiple vendors.
