Sussex Correctional Institiution - Perimeter Fence Replacement

The project involves the replacement in its entirety of the tension wires and attachment system (ties/hog rings) along the entire perimeter fence at both sides. This work will include the temporary removal of the existing razor ribbon tape and its re-installation over the new tension wires with new attachment system. A new double strand high-tensile galvanized class 3 barbed wire is specified as the new tension wire system. A couple of sections of the existing razor ribbon tape need to be replaced with new (2 tier) S.S. razor ribbon tape, (+/-747 linear feet). The project includes 2 deduct alternates. Alternate #1: Delete all work associated with inner fence line scope. Alternate #2: Delete all work associated with new 22 feet section of inside chain-link fence at gate #43 location, and the work associated with a new 10-foot pedestrian double gate
