Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services

1. Civil Engineering - Services include, but may not be limited to new infrastructure construction, studies, design and redevelopment, including but not limited to roadways, parking areas, pavement, complete streets, drainage improvements, water, wastewater, sewer, stormwater and floodplain management and reclaimed water systems improvements; park improvements; specialties required including landscape architecture, irrigation, electrical engineering, site planning, site environmental evaluation, land development, wetland permitting and biological evaluations. In this category, water and wastewater is considered incidental to the design but not the main project (see water, wastewater and utility management below). 2. Architectural Services (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) - Services include but may not be limited to programming, design, construction documents, construction management for new and existing facilities, building architecture, conservation, restoration, enlargement or alteration of buildings, space planning, architectural site planning, building code standards and regulations, structural design, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and allied services.
