Negotiated renovation of existing 4-story building (including the basement level) totaling 43,000 sq. ft. to provide 29 unit apartments. Renovation includes replacement of the existing windows and structural additions for egress stairwell & trash chute shafts. Please note that Summit Contracting Group will be building a new multi-family building on the same property / site, not to be confused with this renovation project. Auld & White CAN NOT self perform any task due to contract / funding requirements (not even daily cleanup). Please include all misc. items in your bids or provide add alternates if you feel necessary.
