| Description | Annual contract with an initial term of one (1) year and four (4) one (1) year administrative renewals with a contractor licensed and experienced in hauling and properly disposing of lime slurry. - Hauling of lime slurry in tanker transport vehicles to point of legal discharge and properly disposing of slurry. - Transport vehicle drivers are responsible for assuring that the vehicle is properly loaded and not overweight per Florida Department of Transportation rules and regulations. - Transport vehicle drivers are responsible for assuring that the transport vehicle and slurry fill piping are properly positioned and the slurry pump is operating properly prior to commencing the tanker fill operation. |
