Description Furnish and deliver, as required, all necessary labor, materials, equipment and transportation to provide monthly, semi-annual, and annual preventive maintenance and inspection services, as detailed below and subsequent pages. In addition, the vendor will be required to perform all non -emergency and emergency repairs for storm water pump stations and water wells. Five (5) pump stations consist of submerged electrical pumps and control boxes. Two (2) pump stations have diesel generators for backup power. Two (2) water wells consist of Well No. 1: one (1) ten (10) horsepower (HP), 100 gallon per minute (GPM), submersible pump and and Well No. 2: one (1) 100 HP, 1000 GPM, eight (8) inch Turbine Pump. Operations and preventive maintenance is not required for the Well No.1: ten (10) HP, 100 GPM water well.
