| Description | Storm Pump Maintenance and Repair Services The term shall be for a one-year period from the effective date of the contract. The contract may be renewed for up to three (3) consecutive, two (2) year increments after the initial contract period, at the discretion and approval of the City. The City shall notify the Contractor in writing of the intent to extend the contract.
