Solid Waste Transportation and Disposal Services

The successful Bidder may be responsible for providing one of the (2) options listed on the bid form. Loading and/or transportation and/or disposal of solid waste from the Transfer Station to a Subtitle D, Class I landfill, and furnishing all, permits, labor, materials, and equipment in connection with such transportation and disposal, all in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, including but not limited to the rules, regulations, and guidelines promulgated by the Tennessee Solid Waste Control Board and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, and in accordance with this Invitation for Bid. The Bidder may be required to transport and dispose of all solid waste from the Transfer Station for a five (5) year period.
