Description

A satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bid Bond shall be made payable to the Town of East Windsor and shall be properly executed by the Bidder. A 100% Performance, Labor and Material Bond is also required. All sureties must be listed on the most recent IRS circular 570. The Town of East Windsor reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informalities, or to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Town of East Windsor.
