Request for Quotation - Eaton UPS

The Contractor shall remove four hundred eighty (480) existing batteries from the UPS. The Contractor shall subsequently dispose of all removed batteries in accordance with United States Environmental Protection Agency, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, and City of Philadelphia regulations and laws. The Contractor shall provide and install four hundred eighty (480) Eaton VRLAsealed 12V 540W batteries, Model Number PWHR12540W4FR. The Contractor shall visually inspect conditions and appearance of the following: Connection terminals, inter-cell/battery connectors, cables and associated hardware. Cell/battery covers, containers, and post seals. Battery racks or cabinets and associated components and hardware. Cell/battery jar or cover, noting any excessive distortion. The Contractor shall perform cleaning of all accessible surfaces as required. Battery replacement and associated services shall be conducted during normal business hours (7 A.M. to 6 P.M. Eastern/local time).
