Wyoming State Fair Master Plan

The State of Wyoming Department of Agriculture commissioned a comprehensive Master Plan Study in 2002 to identify and prioritize needed facilities improvements that were developed and implemented in the years 2004 through 2010. The 2002 Master Plan is now over 17 years old and in need of updating. Along with the need to develop new facilities and make improvements to existing ones, it time to explore new markets and attractions to keep the Wyoming State Fair and its facilities viable and prosperous for the foreseeable future. With increasing competition for fair and non-fair event dollars, a study is necessary to c o n s i d e r strengths and weaknesses while providing recommendations for improvement that will keep the Wyoming State Fair relevant and competitive. Proposals should be accompanied by the attached Proposal Price Sheet and signed by the proper official of the firm. All proposals should be uploaded on the public purchase online bidding system. Proposals sent by FAX, email, or paper copy may be rejected. Proposals should be submitted through the public purchase online bidding system on or before the time and date specified. Proposals received after the time and date specified may be rejected. The State of Wyoming reserves the right to withdraw this Request for Proposal, without cause, at any time before a contract has been fully signed and submitted to the A&I Procurement Office.
