Public Works Building at the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Fruitland Park Public Works Building at the water and wastewater treatment plant site on Spring Lake Road, Fruitland Park, Florida. The project generally consists of the installation of paving, drainage, grading, and utility installation as shown by the contract plans. The work generally includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of a new public works building and associated infrastructure as shown in the construction plans. The City of Fruitland Park declares that all, or any portion of the documents and work papers prepared and submitted pursuant to this Notice of Request, shall be subject to reuse by the city. The city reserves the right to waive any informalities in the selection process and to reject any or all qualifications statements, or to re-advertise.
