Water Treatment Plant Retaining Wall Project.

Work includes, but is not limited to 275 LF Vinyl Bulkhead Retaining Wall, 275 LF 6' High Chain Link Fence, tree removal, site restoration, and other incidentals. This contract or subcontract is expected to be funded in part with funds from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey [Environmental Infrastructure Trust] Infrastructure Bank The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or accept a bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Borough. N.J.A.C. 17:44-2.2 requires Contractors to maintain all documents related to the contract for five years from date of final payment and to make them available to the Comptroller's office upon request. Any awarded Contractor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. Such records shall be made available to the New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller upon request.
