Description

New construction of a warehouse building including site work development for Phase I only. Location is - Lots 26 & 27, Block 1, Andco Subdivision. Assume October 1st for start of construction. Please provide earliest possible delivery dates for joists/deck, electrical gear/panels, HVAC RTUs, roof insulation/membrane, and any other items that might be long lead items. Completion date of project to be determined based on availability of materials. Alternate #1- Deduct all metal wall panels including studs and hat channel framing needed. Alternate #2 - Add exterior textured painting at all exposed tilt-up walls (not including behind metal wall panels) Alternate #3 - Add exterior textured painting at all metal wall panel locations eliminated in Alternate #1. Addendum #1 has been issued.
