Replacement of the barrel vault enclosure (frames to remain). a. Insulated curved metal panel attached to the existing barrel vault frames. b. Insulated glass panels at the bottom 1/3 of the barrel vault frame. 2. Construction of two mechanical equipment towers at the north and south end of the connector. 3. Installation of mechanical equipment to provide heating and cooling to the connector. Temperature range of 50 – 80 degrees. 4. New LED lighting. 5. Scraping, prepping and painting of the existing conduit and the new ductwork. 6. New aluminum entrance doors at the south end of the connector. Doors will include handicap access control. 7. New aluminum storefront frames and glazing at the south end of the connector. 8. Allowance for the Barrel Vault Frame Cleaning and Recoating. 9. Allowance to repair the South End of the Bridge. 10. Alternate for a new interior floor finish (non-slip). 11. Alternate for exterior painting of the concrete structure. 12.
