Description

Bid is Cancelled. This is a Request for Proposal for constructions services. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) Jamie Whitten Delta States Research Center located at Stoneville, MS., has a requirement to Furnish and Install Aluminum Canopy for Cotton Module Conveyor to be installed adjacent to existing gin shed at Building 21, USDA Cotton Gin Lab. The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor Furnish/Install Aluminum Canopy on the existing prepared concrete slab with blockouts, pour concrete column pads in the blockouts, relocate existing exterior light, relocate existing lightening protection cable, relocate existing gutters and downspouts. Conceptual Drawing provided below. This project is on the East Side of Bldg. #21 at USDA Cotton Ginning Laboratory, located at 111 Experiment Station Road in Stoneville, MS. The solicitation number is 12405B23R0009 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFP). The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $45.0 M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM) prior to submitting a proposal. You can register on- line. If you are already registered and your registration has expired, you will need to go the SAM website and update your information. Please refer to Section L.9 (b) of the attached Clauses and Provisions for site visit information.
