Lake Reba Softball Field Lighting Project

The City of Richmond is requesting proposals to remove, repair and replace lighting systems at the Lake Reba Softball Fields. Within this project there are three (3) fields that have different project for each field. Some of these projects per field might require and onsite visit to look at scope of work for each field. Listed below are the three (3) different fields and scopes of work for each field. Softball Field "A" Softball Field "A" currently has six (6) metal poles around the field. This project will contain the following to be repaired: o Security of all mounting components to the concrete base foundation o Ensuring that all ground conduit is in good condition o All crossover bracket that holds the light fixtures are secure to the pole and all bolts are checked and tighten o Repair any and all exposed wiring from pole to fixture o Repair any and all wiring and conduit running on pole to junction boxes o Check that all poles and components are ground correctly o Ensure all openings on poles have cover plates and are sealed up Softball Field "B" Softball Field "B" currently has eight (8) poles, this field will have the current lighting system removed and replace per the specs on the attached spec document Softball Field "C"Softball Field "C" currently has six (6) wood poles. This project would consist of the following: o Disconnecting power from the six (6) poles o Removal of cross members that hold the light fixtures o Removal of poles around the field The City of Richmond is requesting proposals to remove, repair and replace lighting systems at the Lake Reba Softball Fields.
