The Contractor agrees to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services and permits necessary to provide roof repairs, replacing/clean and secure to prevent leaks, for the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA), Pest Detection/Emergency Projects (PD/EP), Hawaii Fruit Fly Rearing Facility located at 41-650 Waikupanaha Street, Waimanalo, HI 96795. A. Power wash roofing over 23,330 sq ft facility to clean of debris and other material. B. Rust-treat rusted areas and where necessary. C. Prime over (1 gallon per 300 Sq. Ft.) and finalize acrylic system (fast drying and curing at 2 gallons per 100 sq ft.) over 23,330 sq ft facility. D. Remove/Scrape any loose or delamination membrane. E. Reinforce seams needed with imbedded system where polyester will be used in between coats for a sure waterproof surface. F. Reinforce all exhaust vents with imbedded system. G. 12-Year Material Warranty and 5-Year Workmanship Warranty Question Deadline 02/28/2023 at 5:00 PM HT The term of this contract is May 1, 2023 or upon final, whichever is later, through April 30, 2024.
