Enhanced Treatment and Site Upgrade - Phase 1A Campus Building

Contractor shall provide a new wall mounted fiber patch panel, located within the office next to the communication conduit's point of entry indicated on sketch. Provide a minimum of 300' feet of fiber cabling, routed from the new wall mounted fiber patch panel within the District Field Office, through the existing communication utility vault indicated on the sketch, to the Server Room located on the 2 nd floor of the existing Administration Building. Coordinate with the District regarding routing and point of termination with the 2 nd Floor Server Room of the existing administration building. Bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the construction of improvements designated as: Enhanced Treatment and Site Upgrade Program Phase 1A Campus Building Project (Project No. 800-545) The Project consists of constructing a new Campus Building including all architecture, landscape architecture, civil, mechanical, structural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and instrumentation improvements and associated facilities. The successful bidder will have six hundred and thirty (630) calendar days to complete the Project from the Notice to Proceed. The Engineer's Estimate for this Project is $ 78,000,000.
