Description

This project will clean and seal a portion of the building exterior to prevent moisture entry. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, personnel, supervision, materials, quality control, and incidentals for completion of repairs. There is a series of eleven (11) west-facing windows (Clerestory windows) directly under the highest roofline of the Building. Between these windows supporting the roof there are twelve (12) glue-laminated (Glu-lam) wood beams that measure 16.5" x 5.25" x approximately 5' long outside the building. Under the Glu-lam beams there are columns with approximately 1' x 5" exposed surface.
