Description	Jail Mainframe Reconstruction – professional correctional facilities program management services to review existing jail facilities and infrastructure improvements master plans, population trends, existing and pending regulations, and program needs of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) in order to evaluate and recommend replacement of existing jail facilities that have met the end of their useful life both from a physical and programmatic perspective. Professional design services to include, but not be limited to, architectural, site/civil, MEP, security, corrections programs (e.g., education, recreation), code review, LEED, basic services – construction phase.
