Ardmore Municipal Airport Corporate Hangar

Project name- A New Corporate Hangar for the Ardmore Development Authority at the Ardmore Municipal Airport. Project consists of construction of a new hangar: Corporate Hangar approx. 14,400 GSF. Site flatwork and paving work includes, but is not limited to New parking areas on the south side of building (4,030 sf) Additional new concrete sidewalk and misc. concrete flatwork. Sitework will include preparations of the building pad for new construction, construction of new concrete paving and new landscaping and irrigation systems. Drainage modifications and improvements to the existing open drainage channel along the south and west sides of the site will be included in the scope of work. Fire Water supply piping extensions from the Pump Bldg. to the Corporate Hangar. Site demolition: Removal of existing fences, demolition of concrete parking between south drainage ditch and General Drive and partial and selective demolition to the existing drainage structures along the south side of the site.
