| Description | For screened sand for removal of ice and snow on roads for the 22/23 and 23/24 winter seasons. Contract may be renewed for an additional 2 years upon approval of both parties. The Town of Killingworth seeks bids for screened sand for removal of ice and snow on town roads. A five (5) gallon sample pail must be delivered to the Killingworth Town Hall for testing and acceptance by the bid deadline. The Board of Selectmen reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids if deemed in the best interest of the town of Killingworth. Proposers are prohibited from contacting any other Town employee or official concerning this RFP. Each proposer is responsible for checking the Towns website under Public Notices, RFPs and Bids to determine if the Town has issued any addenda and, if so, to complete its proposal in accordance with the RFP as modified by the addenda |
