Fully Adhered Membrane with Mechanically Attached Insultation (Total Roof Area: 11,699.76 sq. ft) a. Tear off the existing roof system down to the existing tectum decking and haul away b. If any deteriorated tectum decking is found it will be brought to the attention of the owner and replace on a time and material basis c. Furnish and install 2 layers of 2.6 polyiso roof insulation and tapered crickets mechanically fastened with polymer insulation plates and polymer screws penetrating the Tectum decking by a minimum of 3/4 d. Total-R-value of 30 e. Furnish and install a fully adhered 60mil EPDM single-ply roof membrane system f. Flashing all roof edges and penetrations according to suggested warranty roof details g. Furnish and install pre-finished 24ga. Steel shop fabricated cap coping, gravel stop, counter flashing h. 20-year labor and material warranty Oakland-Craig Public Schools is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for a partial roof replacement on the elementary gym.
