Description | OBJECTIVES: -Provide repair to the existing 90’ X 200’ Sprung Structure located on Fort Greely, AK. Assess current membrane and provide materials and expertise necessary to repair structure NLT 28 Feb. -Provide Replacement of 2 each man doors IAW attached Drawing, listed as #3 and #4 on drawing. Enclosure 1. -Provide technical inspection of rolling service doors noted in the attached drawing. Technician repair will be required to facilitate full operations of these doors. Coordinate both technical inspection and repair of these doors. Given the accelerated timeline for completion and the potential lack of availability of parts for repair, provide a detailed assessment for this complete repair and the necessary support to ensure full functionality during the exercise. -Contractor will provide technical oversight and repair of the structure. Contractor will provide all necessary repair and MHE to ensure completion. -Install 4 each 2’ X 2’ framed openings for heating ducts in 4 corners of structure to allow U.S. Army provided generator/HVAC systems incorporating flex hose ducting into provided openings. -Photos and inclusions provided with this Work Statement (Map, Drawings) allow contractor to gauge repair requirements. On site or virtual site visit will be stated in the solicitation by the contracting office and installation support staff to better gauge the requirement. ZOOM conferencing can be coordinated with contracting office to allow a virtual walk through and discussion of repair requirements during solicitation. See information enclosure provided for details. -Contractor must coordinate Post Access requirements prior to site tour and Contract Startup. SCOPE: The scope of this contract is to provide the listed contractor oversight and technical support necessary to complete the repair of one 90’ X 200’ Sprung Structure in support of the JPMRC 22-02 Exercise. This repair must be completed by 28 February 2022. |
