Re-Roof of Town Hall

• Removal of existing roofing materials to structural corrugated metal roof decking (entire roof). • Install new 60 mil TPO membrane roofing over approves substrate. Substrate shall be designed to provide a minimum 0f 1/8” per 1’-0” positive slope to drainage points. Use tapered foam insulation as required to accomplish this. Provide necessary “crickets” to direct flow of water around roof obstructions greater than 24” perpendicular to the flow (entire roof). • Remove and replace SAT ceiling tile to match existing in entire Police Department Suite and damaged tiles in other areas of the building. (Note: Remove SAT Ceiling Grid as required to allow HVAC contractor to remove and replace ductwork in Police Department Suite only). • Remove and replace R-19 unfaced fiberglass Batt Insulation above SAT Ceiling in Police Department Suite only. • Remove and replace HVAC Ducting in Police Department Suite with like materials. Work shall comply with current SMACNA, International Mechanical Code and International Energy Conservation Code. • Remove and replace existing 2x4 troffer lights with new LED troffers in entire Police Department Suite only. • Provide Mold Remediation for entire Police Department Suite.

Division 26 -	Electrical, Interior Lighting.
