| Description | This includes but is not limited to designing and building a turnkey and fully operational behind the meter rooftop solar photovoltaic systems on the roofs of the Sites. a. The table below identifies which schools have an existing new roof in place, and which schools are having a re-roof performed ahead of the solar Project installation. For the sites with an existing new roof, the solar Project final design and installation can commence immediately after award to the winning bidder. For the sites where the roof is being replaced, the re-roofs will be performed by others, and will be completed in or about September 2022. Final design of these solar Projects can occur in Spring 2022, but installation of the rooftop solar photovoltaic system shall commence following the completion of this re-roofing stage. |
