This project involves removal of entire existing wood deck structure, wheelchair ramps, wood steps, wood retaining wall, concrete bases, existing pole lighting. Removal of large tree, two shrubs. Installing smaller wood deck and new wheelchair ramp, new wood retaining wall, wood steps, filling in old concrete base holes with fill, bringing in Topsoil regrading, grass seed, mulch. Installing new concrete walkway. Install electric and three new wall mounted flood lighting.
