Description

The Contractor shall pressure wash the entire Courthouse Complex including but not limited to, sidewalks, buildings, pillars, windows, storefronts, exterior ceilings, cupola, steps, railings, flagpole monument, courtyard, doors and any exterior accessories to the complex. The Contractor shall use a biodegradable, non-toxic detergent to ensure dirt, mildew and stains are penetrated. Schedule of work shall take place after normal business hours. The Contractor shall ensure equipment is safely set up to avoid any trip hazards.
