Bel Air Hall and Havre de Grace Hall Roof Replacement

As of August 17th, 2022, project has not been awarded. It is expected to be awarded sometime on or after September 14th. Work will consist of replacing the existing roofs on both buildings to include replacing fascia, coping, installing new soffit lights, painting existing metal panels and replacing the existing metal soffits and trim. Bidders shall contact Beth Bertier, Procurement Assistant at bbertier@harford.edu to acknowledge receipt of the solicitation documents. This is a prevailing wage job. All questions shall be directed to Christine Carpenter, Director for Procurement, via email at ccarpenter@harford.edu. Deadline for receipt of questions is 12:00 noon Wednesday, July 6, 2022.Questions and answers will be issued in an addendum shortly after this deadline. Harford Community College reserves the right to reject either all bids after opening but before award, or any bid, in whole or in part, when it is in the best interest of the College. For the same reason, the College reserves the right to waive any minor irregularity or technicality in a bid, if in its sole judgment; it is in the best interest of the College.
