| Description | This project consists of a 3,090 SF mechanical penthouse addition to the existing 4,904 SF single story indoor firing range building which is constructed with concrete block walls and precast concrete plank roof structure. The new penthouse structure and other renovations include, but are not limited to, cold formed metal structural framing; EPDM roofing; cement board siding; sound rated doors; mineral wool sound attenuation panels; perforated metal ceiling panels; and painted gypsum board interior finishes; mechanical work including duct sound attenuators and relocation of an existing make-up air unit; electrical work including lighting and power for the mechanical penthouse; and plumbing work to relocate the existing make up air unit complete in place. |
