RFQ D/B - Design and Construct a Pole-barn Type Storage Building

The Hardin County Extension District Board is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from those interested to design and construct a pole-barn type storage building on an established area at the Hardin County Cooperative Extension Service Office. Contractors must exhibit prior design/build experience on projects of similar size and scope. The District Board will use the three phase Qualifications-Based Selection process during the RFQ phase to develop a short list, and best value process during Request for Proposal phase. The Best Value criteria used in evaluating proposals from short-listed firms will include such factors that are determined to derive or offer the greatest value to the County and District Board, combining both qualifications and fee. All Submitters will be required to follow Federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies.
