Description

As of December 7, 2022, project was awarded to Benchmark Contracting, awarded amount is $6,140,601.15. Bidders must submit a Bid security to the City along with their Bid in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of their Bid. The work consists of development of Rassekh Park related to grading and addition of an artificial turf athletic field, playground, restrooms, pathways, picnic shelter, maintenance building, parking lot, and public street improvements. Project Substantial Completion shall be 240 days from Notice to Proceed and Project Final Completion shall be 15 days from Substantial Completion. By mail to Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation Office above, or upon telephone request (phone: 503.675.2549), upon payment of non-refundable fee of $35.00, and additional $10.00 to cover postage and handling. At local Plan Centers; and Online from the City Planholder's website, by downloading the Contract Documents electronicaly. To download the Contract Documents, and to receive all notifications, addenda, and view the Planholder's list, a person or company must create an account and add its individual name or company to the Planholder's list electronically. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents and requests for clarification or changes to the RFP shall be communicated on the City's Bid Management System at website. The City will investigate and determine the qualifications of the apparent low Bidder as part of its evaluation of the lowest responsive Bid. The Contract will be for a Public Works/Public Improvement project subject to Oregon minimum wage rate requirements of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. Because the City's estimate of contract value is $100,000 or greater, Bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, provided in the Bid Documents, to the City no later than 4:00 pm local time, on the date for receipt of Bids.
