| Description | The Town of Monterey is accepting bids for metal roofing to be installed at a remote pumping station located at the New City Lake on State Road 62. The building roof is approximately 19.5 by 19.5 and approximate height of 10. The building is located inside a security fence. The metal roofing will be installed over existing shingles, and shall be 29-gauge 5V installed over at least lathe, corners are required along with vented enclosures for the ridge. There is an exhaust fan located in the roof that will need to be replaced also. Please contact Duane Jarrett at 931-839-3339 to set up an appointment to inspect the roof.
