| Description | Unit price contract for supplying a mesh type automatic meter reading system consisting of 335 each new 5/8 x3/4 bronze, jet meters with encoder for pit mounting; 4 each new 1 bronze jet meters with encoder; 1 each 2 bronze jet meter with encoder; 15 each repeaters; software and training. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids. Each Bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. This project requires a 100% security amount. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. |
