Description

Demo HP 22 and all 6” duct work associated with HP 22 and HP 23. Install new 8” duct work and install (2) Heat Pumps stacked together.Install new duct from new Heat Pumps to more sustainably delivered conditioned air to 3rd floor common areas, City Manager’s office and Finance Department. Install ERV sand 18” return grilles to increase fresh air intake for 3rd Floor space of Washington School and Annex Buildings. CFM will be increased of existing MUA units to increase fresh air intake for 1st and 2nd floors. Project is a turn key project and awarded contractor is responsible for all aspects of project including but not limited to: Building Permit, Inspections, removal of equipment through attic access, and install return air grilles in hard ceiling. Work needs to be done asap and building occupants will not be able to be in space during construction as they will have no conditioned air. Coordination will need to happen to have staff in these areas work from home during construction.
