Description

The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, insurance, and expertise to remove rubber and paint buildup from designated areas on airfield concrete and asphalt pavements using high pressure water and dispose of all waste products for the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Aviation Administration, hereinafter Administration or MDOT MAA, at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI Thurgood Marshall) and Martin State (MTN) Airports in accordance with these specifications.
