Description

The relocation of an awning from one Water Treatment Plant location to another. This project will require the removal of an erected awning at Pierce-Burch Water Treatment Plant, relocated and re-erected at John F. Kubala Water Treatment Plant. Awning located at Pierce-Burch WTP is 16’ x 38’ x 20’ high. Awning shall be lowered to 13’ prior to being erected at John F. Kubala Water Treatment Plant. Six (6) new piers shall be installed at John F. Kubala WTP for proper support and anchoring of structure. Piers shall be installed as 18” diameter x 7’ deep. Each pier shall be reinforced using #4 rebar at 6” on center each way (OCEW) and 3500 psi rated concrete. Awning shall be secured to each new pier using (4) new 1” diameter x 24” length anchor bolts
