Replace Two Elevators at MCF - General

The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. All engineering, equipment, labor, and permits required to satisfactorily complete elevator modernization required by the Contract Documents for the existing geared traction Passenger Elevators 1 and 2. Additionally, this project includes refinishing of car floors, miscellaneous patching of existing floors/walls/ceilings, roof patching/curbs, electrical/mechanical upgrades, connections to existing CCTV system, interface and connections to existing card reader security system, and interface and connections to monitoring system This project is TG/ED/VO preference and has a 2% targeted group

Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 14 -	Conveying Equipment, Elevators.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
