RFQ Construction Manager - SR 4, SR 99, and SR 152 Broadband Middle-Mile Network

The Project is located on SR 4, SR 99, and SR 152 in Counties of Merced, Calaveras, and Madera at various locations. The Project is to construct portions of the broadband middle-mile network, including conduit, and vaults within the State Right of Way. A more detailed description of the Project is contained in Appendix The estimated cost of this CMGC Project (in 2022 US dollars) is $31.8M for construction capital and $160,000 for Right of Way capital (including utility relocation). Final Date for Receipt of Proposers Questions - September 20, 2022 Anticipated Ranking Determination - October 25, 2022 Anticipated Award of Preconstruction Services Contract - November 8, 2022 Please refer to the RFQ for goal requirement and attachments for licensing requirements for this contract. The Department does not have a plan holder's list of available contractors, nor does it have a way of identifying companies or entities that may have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes.
