The project consists of a new 8,400 square foot single story clinic; consisting of reception, exam rooms, labs, and conference/extended learning spaces. The scope of work includes but is not limited to specification divisions 00 through 32. See bid documents for full details. Triplett Wellman Inc., acting as the design-build contractor for this project, intends to submit self-performed bids for the following scopes: Concrete Rough Carpentry Wood Siding These bids will be turned in 1-hour earlier to The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde (owner). We encourage all bidders to familiarize themselves with the site conditions. The last addendum shall be issued no later than December 8, 2022 This project is a PREVAILING WAGE Project and shall follow the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde rates of pay.
