The College of William & Mary - Housing & Dining Comprehensive Facilities Plan - Phase 1

Plans call for the revitalization of the residential and dining facilities at the College of William & Mary. Phase 1 will cost $234 million and consist of the following: Renovation of Old Dominion Hall and Monroe Hall Construction of a new dorm which will complete the Lemon and Hardy halls triangle Demolition of Yates Hall Construction of a new West Campus Dining Facility Demolition of the Campus Center Replacement of the Green and Gold Village and the Commons Dining facility Phase 2 will cost $350 million and consist of the following: Redevelopment of the Campus Center site to include new construction of student housing, a dining facility, admission office and bookstore Redevelopment of the Randoph Complex site for a new dorm Redevelopment of the Richmond Hall site New Property Development Upgrading One Tribe Place Demolition of Botetourt Complex Phase 3 will cost between $100 million and $200 million and consist of the following: Development of student housing at a West Campus site Renovation of Barrett, Jefferson, Bryan, and the Sorority Complex Renovation of Pate Whitehead Evans Graduate Complex Demolition of DuPont Hall An architect has been selected. Information regarding the general contractor has not been confirmed. Phase 1 is scheduled to begin construction in September 2023 and end in 2026.
