Flow Meters - New, Replacement Parts and Services

The City of Phoenix invites electronic offers for Flow Meters for a five-year period commencing on or about February 1, 2023 Offeror must not take any exceptions to any terms, conditions or material requirements of this solicitation. Offers submitted with exceptions may be deemed non-responsive and disqualified from further consideration in the Citys sole discretion. Offerors must conform to all the requirements specified in the solicitation. The City encourages Offerors to send inquiries to the procurement officer rather than including exceptions in their Offer. INQUIRIES: All questions that arise relating to this solicitation should be directed via email to the Procurement Officer and must be received by the due date indicated in the Schedule of Events. The City will not consider questions received after the deadline No informal contact initiated by Offerors on the proposed service will be allowed with members of Citys staff from date of distribution of this solicitation until after city council awards the contract.
