Description | Job #: 22-2026 The Scope of Work for the Project consists of the following: 1.Preconstruction services, including without limitation providing review of and input on design documents, value engineering, estimating, preliminary scheduling, and bidding to develop the Total Base Rent 2. Construction to include but not limited to: Sitewide modernization to include ADA path of travel and parking; landscaping; ornamental iron fencing; modifications to Admin office spaces and classrooms; roofing removal and replacement; new HVAC; electrical and low voltage upgrades; and exterior re-paint. 3. Post-construction lease of the facilities Anticipated Construction Timeline: 6/19/2023 - 7/12/2024. Please refer to the RFP for anticipated schedule 2/16/2023 by 1:00pm - Deadline to submit questions via email 3/3/2023 - District Notification to Selected Interview Firms (if applicable) 3/9/2023 - Interviews (if applicable) 3/10/2023 - District selection of successful LLB Entity 3/28/2023 - Board award of LLB instrument o Sitewide modernization to include ADA path of travel and parking; landscaping; ornamental iron fencing; modifications to Admin office spaces and classrooms; roofing removal and replacement; new HVAC; electrical and low voltage upgrades; and exterior re-paint. o The scope of the project is budget driven therefore during the TBR development, the District may request that certain scope be priced as an alternate and approved pending budget. FULL CAMPUS MODERNIZATION INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: 1. NEW ACCESSIBLE PARKING AND SITE CONCRETE REPLACEMENT FOR ADA COMPLIANCE. 2. LANDSCAPING AND NEW ORNAMENTAL IRON FENCING. 3. NEW ADMINISTRATION SPACES. 4. CLASSROOM BEAUTIFICATION. 5. ROOFING REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT. 6. EXTERIOR BUILDING REPAINT. 7. NEW HVAC SYSTEMS TO ALL CLASSROOMS AND ADMINISTRATION SPACES. 8. FIRE ALARM UPGRADES.
