New GA Terminal Building at Canandaigua Airport

Contract #1 – General Construction, shall include the following work: • Coordination with the project owner, other contractors • Installation of building foundation • Supply and construction of the single story terminal building • Supply and installation of building insulation, interior finishes and exterior building facade • Supply and installation of building windows and doors • Installation of concrete floor slab, subbase, insulation and vapor barrier • Installation of parking lot including pavement markings, asphalt pavement, subbase and stabilization fabric • Installation of concrete sidewalks, curbing and patio areas • All excavation, backfill, compaction and restoration • All excavation, backfill, and restoration for utility trenches • Installation of the proposed septic tank and leach field • Installation of all site drainage pipes, end section and stone linings. • Soil erosion control • Site grading, topsoil and seeding. • All construction safety and phasing plan requirements. • All other general construction contract work covered by plans and specifications. Contract #2- Electrical construction, shall include the following work: • Coordination with the project owner, other contractors • Installation of electrical service • Installation of main distribution panels • Installation wiring, receptacles, boxes, switches, conduit and lighting fixtures in hangar area including High Bay Lighting fixtures. • Installation of Bollard Lights (Add Alt.) • All other electrical construction contract work covered by plans and specifications Contract #3- Plumbing Construction, shall include the following work: • Installation of water service line • Installation of interior water supply pipping • Installation of all toilets, showers, sinks, fixtures, water heater, water coolers • Installation of building sanitary lines • Installation of propane gas service line • All other plumbing construction contract work covered by plans and specifications. Contract #4- Mechanical Construction, shall include the following work: • Supply and installation of the RTUs • All duct work, dampers, diffusers, grills, fans, etc. • Fire place vent • All HVAC systems controls • Installation of carbon monoxide detector system • All other mechanical construction contract work covered by plans and specifications
