| Description | The Contractor shall provide personnel, management, and any other items and services, not Government furnished, necessary to perform the Overhead Door Services contract as defined in this performance work statement at Fort Hood, Texas. Services include semi-annual preventive maintenance (e.g. standard testing, lubricating and greasing motors, rollers and other components, etc.), repair, and replacement service functions on overhead door systems as defined in this PWS for all overhead door systems included at facilities that are listed in TE’s B thru M, in accordance with (IAW) 5.2.2 |
